Objective: Recent evidence suggests regulatory T cells (Tregs), an innate immunomodulator, have Immunosuppressive effects.Besides, immune response and inflammation response play critical role in the development of cerebral vasospasm (CVS) and early brain injury after experimental subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH).We, therefore, evaluated the effects of Tregs transfer in rat SAH models and further investigated the mechanism underlying Treg-afforded neuroprotection.
