Huang Qi Jian Zhong Pellet (HQJZ) is a famous Chinese medicine formula used to treat various gastrointestinal tract diseases.To explore the mechanism thereby HQJZ repairs the colonic mucosal injury, this study investigated the role of HQJZ in IBD and its underlying mechanism.Colonic mucosal injury was induced by 2,4,6-trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid in the Sprague-Dawley rats.
