@@ Recently，coronary heart disease，ERT has been forced to terminate.But supplement with testosterone can effectively decrease the adverse reactions.It indicates that combine estrogen with testosterone may play important role in the therapy ofCHD.(CHD)has been the increasing important public healthy problem.Estrogen replacement therapy has put into practice for a long time，however，because of its serious adverse reactions. objective To analyze the level and the ratio of endogenous estradiol and testosterone between healthy postmenopausal women and postmenopausal women with CHD.To determine the best physiological estradiol/testosterone ratio(E/T balance point)in postmenopausal women.To assess the association between the ratio of endogenous sex hormones and risk factors for atherosclerosis in healthy postmenopausM women and women withCHD.
