Diffracted Gaussian Beam Analysis is based on geometrical optics and diffraction method,developed by Queen Mary,University of London,takes the advantage of the high computing efficiency of geometric optics,and accuracy of diffraction.But the parameters such as sampling period,too big or too small value of which often leads to inaccurate results.This paper is devoted to the parametric analysis.

阿尔茨海默症(AD)是常见的神经性退行疾病,β-淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)的聚集是AD病理学的关键步骤。pH可以影响Aβ的聚集过程,加速单体聚集、影响聚集过程中低聚物的大小甚至是成熟纤维的形态学。因此本文运用分子动力学模拟的手段,从原子层面上研究了pH对Aβ_(42)单体、低聚过程、低聚物(以三聚体和五聚体为例)和纤维的性质以及结构影响。Aβ_(42)单体的自折叠和单体与单体之间的聚集对pH变化非常敏感。
