Design of a W Band Two-beam Folded Waveguide Traveling-Wave

　　A 94 GHz two-beam folded waveguide travelling wave tube,operating at fundamental mode(TE10)is designed and optimized.Numerical results reveal that the saturated output power of two-beam FWTWT is 2.72 times of single-beam FWTWT under the same operating voltage and current.Interaction efficiency is increased by 1.36 times; the length of saturated circuit is reduced by 9 periods.
