The thermal spalling of ultra-high-strength reactive powder concrete(RPC)has become one of serious threats to the safety and life duration of heat-resistant structures that are constructed using this novel concrete composite.Pioneering studies have indicated that there are many explanations for the spalling risk of regular high-strength concretes(HSC).However, few models can accurately predict the spalling behavior of RPC under conditions of high temperature.
