The objective of this study was to assess immunological effects of dietary supplementation of Xylanase, Lactobacillus, Xylo-Oligosaccharide on Mucosa slgA, serum IgG concentrations and gastrointestinal pH in broilers.Five thousand one hundred and twenty 1 day old Yellow-feather broiler chicks were randomly allotted to 8 treatments with 5 replications per treatment.The birds received (A) Basal diets as Control;(B) Control + Enzymes 100g/ton;(C) Control + Probiotics 200g/ton;(D) Control + Prebiotics 100g/ton;(E) Control + Enzymes + Probiotics;(F) Control +Enzymes + Prebiotics;(G) Control + Enzymes + Probiotics + Prebiotics;and (H) Control +Probiotics + Prebiotics.
