　　Integrin is related to many major diseases(such as cancer and thrombus)tightly,which serves as the molecular marker to these diseases.Quantitatively targeting detecting integrin can diagnose these diseases in early stage and support sufficient treatment timely.While it is difficult to screen the gold fluorophore binding ligand efficiently in the experimental targeting probe design.
