生物高分子和脂质体是目前安全性最好的药物载体。研究由生物高分子和脂质分子形成的纳米组装体与细胞的作用机制，尤其是与不同细胞器(包括细胞膜、溶酶体、线粒体、高尔基体、内质网等)的动态作用机制，对于设计和优化新型的药物载体，进而提高药物的药效，具有重要的意义。
