PHBV复合HA纳米纤维材料修复兔桡骨缺损的实验研究

  目的 探讨羟基丁酸—羟基戊酸共聚物复合羟基磷灰石(PHBV/HA)的纳米纤维材料修复骨缺损的能力。方法 将40只新西兰兔制备单侧桡骨中端10mm的骨缺损模型,随机分为三组,实验组植入羟基丁酸—羟基戊酸共聚物复合羟基磷灰石(PHBV/HA)的纳米纤维材料,对照组植入硫酸钙人工骨,各16只,空白组8只。在术后相应时间段分别进行大体观察,放射学检查,组织学检查及扫描电镜检查,生物力学测试,观察其成骨能力、生物降解性、生物相容性等指标。结果 羟基丁酸—羟基戊酸共聚物复合羟基磷灰石(PHBV/HA)的纳米纤维材料组,术后4周,截骨端两端有少量密度较低的骨痂形成,缺损区呈片状云雾状影。术后8周,植入材料处有片状密度增强,截骨处有骨痂向缺损区生长,骨皮质不连续,仍有骨性缺损。
