目的进一步认识中间综合征(IMS)的特殊临床表现、诊断及治疗,提高IMS的抢救成功率。方法回顾2012年5月1例急性重度有机磷农药中毒患者早期出现IMS的救治经过。结果患者得到成功救治,痊愈出院。结论 IMS的诊断应主要根据发作时的临床表现及体征,而不能受时间的限制;在救治过程中应加强对患者的观察和护理。
Objective To further understand the special clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of intermediate syndrome (IMS) and to improve the success rate of IMS rescue. Methods A retrospective review was conducted on the early treatment of IMS in 1 patient with acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in May 2012. Results The patient was successfully treated and discharged. Conclusion The diagnosis of IMS should be mainly based on the clinical manifestations and signs of the attack, but not the time limit; in the treatment process should strengthen the observation and care of patients.
