目的:探讨中国平原汉族人群中VEGFA基因多态性同急性轻症高原病(AMS)易感性的关系.方法:采取病例对照研究方法,根据急性高山病路易斯湖国际评分标准对受试者进行AMS的判定.采用聚合酶链反应-连接酶检测反应方法(PCR-LDR)测定168例AMS患者和172例健康对照组人群VEGFA基因位点rs2010963、rs12435848的基因多态性.
