重度椎体骨质疏松性骨折伴脊柱后凸畸形的手术治疗
目的 探讨后路椎弓根螺钉撑开及伤椎椎体成形治疗重度椎体骨质疏松性骨折伴脊柱后凸畸形的疗效方法 从2012年3月起共收治12例伴后凸畸形而无神经症状的重度骨质疏松性骨折患者,均行后路伤椎上下共4枚椎弓根螺钉撑开复位同定,同时伤椎行椎体成形术.在脊柱侧位X线片上,压缩比为患椎中部高度与正常椎体高度的百分比值,正常椎体高度即为上下相邻正常椎体中部高度的平均值;脊柱后凸Cobb角为患椎上下相邻正常椎体终板
