　　Inactivators of hypoxia-inducible factor(HIF-1) have been identified as possible treatments for cancer.Due to the importance of HIF-1 in tumor development and progression,a considerable amount of efforts have been made to identify HIF-1inhibitors for treatment of cancer.In this paper,we designed and synthesized a new series of HIF-1 inhibitors which were obtained through structural modifications of initial lead compound manassantin A.
