右美托咪啶镇静在拔牙术中的应用

　　目的：本研究目的是探讨右美托咪啶用于拔牙患者镇静的合适剂量.材料和方法：本研究通过比较拔牙期间患者使用右美托咪啶静注(1.0ug/kg)和滴鼻(1.5ug/kg)的痛觉,满意度,不良反应和镇静深度.实验纳入210 名患者,随机分为右美托咪啶静注组,滴鼻组和对照组,每组70 名患者.实验数据记录使用剂量,VAS 疼痛评分,VAS 满意度评分和BIS 值.结果：右美托咪啶组VAS 评分低于局部麻醉组,VAS 满意度评分高于局部麻醉组,右美托咪啶组之间差异没有统计学意义.静注组镇静深度高于滴鼻组,然而两组之间没有统计学意义.结论：右美托咪啶静注或滴鼻可以有效,安全用于门诊拔牙镇静.
