目的：探讨舒芬太尼复合异丙酚麻醉在小儿舌系带矫正术中的临床观察.方法：择期行舌系带矫正术的患儿50例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各25例，对照组异丙酚静脉麻醉，观察组舒芬太尼联合异丙酚静脉麻醉，比较两组患儿手术前、诱导后，及手毕时的心率和平均动脉压指标，以及手术持续时间、麻醉苏醒时间，术中体动例数，术中呼吸抑制(SpO2＜90％)发生例数等指标.结果：两组患儿苏醒时间比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.0
