　　Aiming at the abuse of precipitation complexity was eliminated in analyzing water resources development trend formerly which amplifies the difficulty of preventing drought and watedogging effectively.Taking Jiansanjiang branch bureau as an example, the complexity of seasonal precipitation series was measured and analyzed by using Lempel-Ziv algorithm after wavelet denosing treatment of the fourteen farms seasonal precipitation series in Jiansanjiang branch bureau.
