前言仪器设备的正确配备和管理是食品微生物实验室正常运作的必备条件之一,是实验室管理体系有效运行的重要因素,也是食品微生物实验室生物安全保障的关键要素.本次交流汇报主要从实验室的角度,以方便实验室参考和借鉴为出发点,着重从食品微生物设备的计划管理、日常事务管理进行介绍,同时也以具体的实例来讲解技术管理中的一些重点和难点,希望能起到抛砖引玉的作用.错漏之处,请大家批评指正.
