热丝法是检测物质熔融温度的一种快速检测方法,它把热电偶既作为加热器件,又作为温度传感器,集加热与检测于一体。本文根据热丝法基本原理,运用电力电子技术、微电子学和非电量检测等有关知识,研究了用热丝法进行高温检测的理论和技术问题,并设计、安装和调试出高温非金属材料熔融温度检测装置。本文首先分析了热丝法电子电路实现的技术问题及解决措施,提出电子转换式热丝法检测电路实现的总体设计方案,然后对设计方案中的开关稳压加热电路、转换电路、检测电路和采样保持电路进行了讨论,文中最后给出了该电路的实验结果。

In this paper, the technical problems and solutions of the electronic circuit of the hot wire method are analyzed. The overall design scheme of the electronic conversion hot wire method detection circuit is proposed. Then, the design of the switching regulator heating circuit, the conversion circuit, the detection circuit, Sample-and-hold circuit is discussed, finally the experimental results of this circuit are given.
