　　OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the clinical value of computed tomography angiography (CTA) in reducing the risk of hemorrhage associated with percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL).PATIENTS AND METHODS:A total of 185 patients with renal or ureter stones who had undergone percutaneous nephrolithotomy were categorized into 2 groups in a prospective,randomized study from April of 2010 to March of 2013.
