肉鸡饲粮中25-羟基维生素D3与维生素D3生物学效价比较

饲料工业中普遍使用维生素D3(VD3)作为饲料添加剂,满足畜禽对维生素D的需求.VD3生物学效价较低,添加量较大.近年,25-羟基维生素D3(25-OH-D3)在欧美获得批准作为饲料添加剂使用.2013年,中国农业部公告(第2045号)将25-OH-D3列入饲料添加剂品种目录,标志中国正式批准25-OH-D3在猪和家禽饲料中使用.在家禽上评估25-OH-D3与VD3生物学效价的结果并不一致.因此,本试验比较肉鸡饲粮中25-OH-D3与VD3相对生物学效价,为家禽营养与饲料研究提供数据参考.本试验设计低钙(0.5%)、低磷(0.25%NPP)饲粮。结果显示,在低钙、低磷饲粮中,25-OH-D3或VD3添加水平与肉鸡体增重、采食量和血浆磷浓度之间存在线性关系。VD3适宜添加水平为25μg/kg(Edwards,2002;Han等,2013),25-OH-D3 适宜添加量约为10μg/kg(Fritts和Waldroup,2003;Goodgame等,2011)。本试验中,42d肉鸡胫骨和股骨的重量、长度、宽度和灰分重量与25-OH-D3或VD3水平呈现显著的线性关系。
