维生素对机体来说至关重要,而维生素B1、B2(核黄素)作为机体必须的微量元素,它们在机体的生长发育、繁殖、免疫及氧化还原系统中都发挥着不可替代的作用(张建海等,2003).维生素B1是能量代谢的一种辅酶,参与碳水化合物代谢、丙酮酸的脱羧基作用等.而维生素B2,其构成的辅酶在机体的氧化还原系统中发或者很重要的作用,若缺乏的话大大降低产蛋率.蛋鸡维生素的缺乏症不易发现,但如果在生产性能上表现出来,说明已经很严重了.现代化养鸡场如果要补充维生素,就要全面补充,营养才均衡,单独起不到好效果,均衡补充有利于生产性能的有效发挥.复合维生素B在蛋鸡生产中还研究较少,本试验以复合维生素B1、B2,以不同剂量添加到日粮中,来研究最适宜添加量,以期对生产实践提供理论依据.日粮中添加维生素B1B2是很有必要的。试验二组和试验三组的蛋形指数也较好，不畸形，接近于标准蛋形。这与陈艳珍研究结果一致。说明添加复合维生素后显著改善了蛋品质。
