超低高宽比螺旋管道构建及其血细胞聚焦研究

  惯性微流控芯片技术具有很多独特的优势,比如可以连续有效的处理实验进程,无需施加任何耗能的外力场即能够完成流体或粒子的精确操控等。然而,现有的这些技术仍然存在诸多缺点,例如鞘液流的高度消耗性、操作程序的高度繁琐性以及芯片制备的高度复杂性等。本研究以现有惯性微流控技术为基础,通过引入微结构设计构建出超低高宽比螺旋管道,并实现粒子聚焦和血浆分离应用。该芯片对比其他惯性微流操控方法具有许多优点。例如,芯片制作更为简单(单层和大尺寸管道设计),稳定性高(长时间操控仍能保持始终如一的操控质量),操作方式简便(无需鞘液流的帮助),处理通量较高(无平行化设计即能达到~mLmin-1 级别)。这些优点有利于实现芯片的大批量生产和高效操作,为生物医学中微型诊断仪器的研制提供新的技术手段。
