　　Protein conformational dynamics is an indispensable part of a complete description of protein functions.The intrinsic dynamics of proteins can be linked to their functions in several ways.In this talk,we will show some examples of protein conformational dynamics study with combined NMR,MD simulation and smFRET methods.
