Localized plasmon resonance of noble metal nanoparticles has attracted more and more attention.The noble metal nanoparticles have been used for improve the efficiency of solar cells.However, the metal nanoparticles were put into electron or hole transfer layer in most case to avoid of the recombination of electron and hole on the metal nanoparticles.
