Pseudo-isobaric labeling,based on the differences of mass defect values of atoms and their isotopes,shows great potential in accurate proteome quantification1.In this manuscript,we introduced a novel pseudo-isobaric SILAC labeling method.Two kinds of lysine(13C6 15N2,2H8) with mass differences of 36 mDa were used for cell culture.
