坏死性肉芽肿性血管炎误诊一例并文献复习

目的分析坏死性肉芽肿性血管炎的临床特点及诊断方法,以提高对该病的认识,减少误诊.方法对我院1例坏死性肉芽肿性血管炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并复习相关文献.结果患者因反复发热伴痰血一周入院,外院胸部CT检查见双肺多发肿块,诊断为"肺癌"而来我院就诊.入院后完善相关检查,查胸部增强CT示两肺多发大小不一的肿块影,部分病灶内见空泡征;纤维支气管镜检查未见新生物;肺穿刺活检病理示急慢性炎症伴大
