现阶段,各种交通运输方式的协同度如何以及如何能够更好地协同都是人们关心的问题。在明确交通运输体系低碳协同度概念的基础上,基于协同论和演化的思想,本文构建了交通运输体系低碳协同度评价模型和交通运输体系低碳协同力演化方程,利用我国2006年到2012年的实证数据进行了分析。主要理论发现有:1.我国交通运输体系低碳协同度很低,基本趋于零。2.应挖掘发挥技术、管理政策等内在驱动力以促进各交通运输方式在低碳上的协同能够产生好的质变。
At this stage, how various types of modes of transport are coordinated and how they can better cooperate are issues that people are concerned about. Based on the concept of low-carbon synergy in transportation system and based on the idea of synergy and evolution, this paper constructs a low-carbon synergy evaluation model of transportation system and a low-carbon synergistic force evolution equation of transportation system. The 2012 empirical data is analyzed. The main findings are as follows: 1. China’s transportation system low-carbon synergy is very low, the basic trend toward zero. 2. We should tap the inherent driving forces such as technology and management policies to promote the synergies of various modes of transportation at low carbon to produce good qualitative changes.
