上颌后部骨增量并发症

上颌后牙缺失后,由于骨质疏松、上颌窦气化以及牙槽骨吸收等原因常常导致种植骨量部分或严重不足,需要种植术前或同期行上颌窦底提升植骨术、水平或垂直骨增量术,可能发生上颌窦黏膜穿孔、上颌窦内出血、上颌窦急慢性炎症以及伤口裂开、感染等并发症,给患者带来更多的精神负担与痛苦.作者结合文献回顾以及自己团队的临床研究,分析了上颌后牙区种植骨增量典型的并发症病例,从发生、发展、治疗、转归以及预防等方面进行阐述,并
