Community of Practice(CoP)is a keyword at experiential learning.It says that people learn knowledge and skills by participating in social practice and carrying out given tasks.Some traditional workplace,some schools,and companies have apprenticeship system.In this study,we would like to consider students group activities in project based learning(PBL)in light of CoP.We focus on PBL to host an international exchanging event called World Youth Meeting(WYM).Executive committee is organized by 12 sections composed of 1st and 2nd grader students to host WYM.At WYM,in every year,2nd year students feel difficulty to put newcomers into their committee and how to motivate 1st year students.Then,we would like to survey what knowledge could be obtained through participating in the PBL.We also consider how students role would change and lead to students learning as they play a role in each section.
