　　In order to meet the need of lighting surge protecting design,a lightning EMP response predicting method based on system identification is presented.Via switching powers surge injecting experiment,input and output data have been sampled then de-noising and de-trending.Energy coupling transfer function model is obtained by system identification method.Simulating result shows that system identification method can predict surge response of linear circuit well.It provides a convenient and effective technology for lightning effect simulation.
