Atomic diffusion in nanoscale alloy nanoparticles can occur under various conditions such as dealloying,thermal annealing and long-term electrochemical aging and dramatically controls the nanoparticle stability.Understanding and controlling the atomic diffusion processes are critical for improving their catalytic activity and stability.
