The self-assembled monolayers of athiol-functionalized thiophene molecular wire are used to fabricate addressable crossbar junctions by an approach of elastic stamp-printing.To investigate the effect of temperature depondence of the junction charge transport,current-voltage curves are measured from 299 down to 95 K in vacuum under both dark and light conditions. The junctions exhibit asymmetric current-voltage characteristics with temperature, light and bias-direction dependences.
