In present work, we report the growth of n-type single crystalline 3C-SiC nanoneedles quasialligned nanoarrays with N dopants on flexible carbon fiber cloth substrates via catalyst-assisted pyrolysis of polymeric precursor.The entire structure of the substrate retains its high flexibility after the growth of SiC and can even be rolled-up.The obtained SiC nanostructure possess a needle structure with clear and tiny tips.The N dopants uniform spatial distribution within the nanostructure.
