目的：评价两种锥形内连接种植体-基台界面(implant-abutment interface,IAI)对种植体周围软组织炎性结缔组织面积(inflamed connective tissue,ICT)、钙卫蛋白和IL-1β表达的影响.方法：6条比格犬一侧下颌植入锥形内连接IAI的Astra种植体(OsseoSpeedTM,AstraTech,DENTSPLY)和Bicon种植体(Integra-CPTM,Bicon LLC)各2枚,IAI分别位于骨平面和骨下1.5mm,共植入24枚种植体.种植体穿龈愈合1 6周后,纸尖收集龈沟液,ELISA法检测钙卫蛋白浓度.获取种植体颊侧软组织,切片HE染色后计算炎性结缔组织面积,免疫组化法检测软组织中钙卫蛋白和IL-1β的表达.
