　　Oncolytic viruses infect and selectively replicate in cancer cells, eventually leading to cell death without harming healthy cells.In recent years, oncolytic viruses have emerged as promising cancer therapeutic and/or diagnostic agents.Since the first genetically engineered oncolytic virus was reported in 1991, many novel genetically engineered oncolytic viruses have been developed.
