重组腺病毒是基因治疗领域DNA病毒载体中应用最广泛、临床试验项目及病人最多、载体研制和优化最深入、并且最先进入市场的技术产品类别。重组腺病毒的优点是基因载导量大,基因转导高效、高表达,受转导细胞广谱,遗传毒性低、生产制备产量高等。应用重组腺病毒,我们研制和开发了一系列基因治疗产品:"重组人p53腺病毒注射液"(Adp53,Gendicine,"今又生");"重组人8因子超级腺病毒"(MiniAdFVⅢ);"高表达重组腺病毒生产细胞"(A549E1);"重组融瘤型腺病毒"(Oncolytic Ad);"重组全免疫型抗癌腺病毒"(AdMUC1CD40L)。这些产品应用了不同发展阶段和载导容量的重组腺病毒载体。其中,超级重组腺病毒采用了辅助病毒生产系统。
