Background Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) is the preferred method for the treatment of coronary heart disease ,not only because it has small trauma,but also it can restore blood flow of those narrow arteries directly,so as to reduce and relieve angina symptoms and improve cardiac function.Adherence to self management behavior for patients outside the hospital is not only important but also difficult,so in order to reduce the occurrence of complications and improve quality of life of patients after PCI after they discharge,this paper aim to explore the influence of education in the hospital on the self-management level after discharge in patients after PCI.
