Background Restenosis of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) often caused series of clinical symptoms that needed to implement revascularization.PCI patients through extended care can significantly reduce the restenosis rate and mortality.This essay will explore the application of the extended care in percutaneous coronary intervention in patients by examining the compliance behavior,quality of life,cardiac rehabilitation and prevention of restenosis.
