As a new phenomenon,intemet-based group-buying has exposed many problems with the rapid development.In this paper we first introduce the elementary knowledge about it,and then generalize the interests that it brings to all the industry chain subjects.We also build the mode of the dynamic game with imperfect information and frnd out the perfect Bayesian equilibrium of it using the backwards induction method.At last we put forward the measure to the existing problems.
