木材液化物水洗不溶物的制备及其性能研究

本论文对术材液化物水洗不溶微球进行了研究，利用不同洗涤工艺可制备木材液化物微球，并对其微观结构、热性能、化学结构进行了探讨和分析。结果表明，水浴温度70℃的中性水水洗工艺制备的杉木、杨木液化物微球在数量、球形度、表面致密性等方面均优于常温水水洗工艺和盐酸水溶液洗涤工艺，前者的灰份含量则低于后两者。

蒙脱土对PLA/PBAT共混体系微观形貌的影响

低成本大尺寸镁基复合材料的制备技术

采用超声波辅助搅拌铸造的方法，成功制备了碳化硅质量分数为20％的大尺寸镁基复合材料，铸锭的质量大约为21千克.与基体合金相比，复合材料的力学性能得到了明显提升.在复合材料的不同位置，碳化硅颗粒均匀分布，各部位的含量相同.但是，从微观结构上来看，颗粒沿着晶界呈项链状分布.在热挤压过程中，尽管部分碳化硅颗粒结构受损，但是显著改善了碳化硅颗粒在复合材料内的分布，同时进一步提高了材料的力学性能.T6处理材

冷热循环对M40级碳纤维缝编织物/环氧复合材料力学性能的影响

使用高韧性环氧树脂R608通过RTM工艺制备了M40级碳纤维缝编织物/环氧复合材料。对M40级碳纤维缝编织物/环氧复合材料进行-196℃到80℃冷热循环试验,并对其100次和300次冷热循环前后力学性能和微观形貌进行了测试。结果显示,100次冷热循环后,拉伸性能、弯曲性能、压缩性能、层间剪切和冲击性能略微增加或降低,而300次冷热循环后,这些力学性能基本趋于稳定。总的来说,与冷热循环前相比,M40
