　　Purpose To evaluate arthroscopic capsular release for the treatment of frozen shoulder.Methods Between 2004 June and 2009 December, 35 patients with the average age of 50.5 years (range,38 to 76), which were in stage Ⅱ or Ⅲ, underwent arthroscopic capsular release.
