目的 通过绿色荧光蛋白标记,比较腺病毒、腺相关病毒对新西兰兔膝关节软骨的转染效果。方法 制作含增强绿色荧光蛋白(the en hanced green fluorescent protein,eGFP)基因的5型腺病毒重组体(recombinant adenovirus,rAd5)和2型腺相关病毒重组体(recombinant adeno-associ ated virus 2, rAAV2) 。
