A novel micro-solid-phase-extraction technique based on membrane protected molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) for the extraction of hyperoside and isoquercitrin in rat plasma was developed.In this technique, hyperoside MIPs were packed inside a porous polyether sulfone membrane envelope whose edges were heat sealed to secure the contents.For extraction, the packed membrane envelope was placed in plasma samples to extract the target compounds.
