The body of the precision is the basic of vehicle quality,and every automobile manufacturer pays attention to it.How to realize more reasonable and effective evaluation and monitoring body quality has been becoming the subject of study.There are three kinds of geometric dimensions of quality requiring to be controlled,precision,tability,and functionality.In order to improve the quality of the body,it is required to control these 3 aspects.Currently,European car enterprises have controlled the body accuracy in+1mm,and the level of local enterprises is+1.5mm.CII index is 3mm and above.From the appearance,the distance between domestic and international is just 0.5mm.However,improvement of the 0.5mm is not an easy task.This paper emphatically introduces the control method to improve the quality of body and related index.It is hoped to be helpful.
