In this work,four facile one-step methods were developed to fabricate superhydrophobic Sn/SnOx surfaces with micro-nanometer structures without further surface modifications.They were strongly cathodic polarization of Sn,anodization of Sn,displacement reaction between acidic SnCl2 solutions and Zn plates,and electrodeposition of Sn.The influence of experimental conditions on the surface morphology and wettability were investigated in detail.Both the hierarchical micro-nanostructure and the SnOx layer endow the prepared Sn/SnOx films with superhydrophobicity.Cassie and Baxter equation can be used to describe the wetting state.
