一、概况碾压混凝土筑坝技术是在70年代初期才发展起来的一种新的筑坝技术。经过世界各国十多年来的研究和实践才渐趋成熟。这一新技术的兴起,对混凝土浇筑技术改革具有一定的指导性意义。从国内外已建成的碾压混凝土大坝来看,这种筑坝技术是可行的;它既节约水泥,又加速施工进度;而且,还可以简化温控措施;其造价比常规混凝土节省15~40%。因此,该筑坝技术具有显著经济性和社会效益,故其发展异常迅速。到目前为止,世界上已建、在建、拟建的碾压混凝土水工建筑物(包括全碾压和部分采用碾压混凝土坝、围堰)据不完全统计有57座(见表1)。
I. Overview RCC dam construction is a new dam technology developed in the early 1970s. After more than a decade of research and practice in various countries in the world, it has become more mature. The rise of this new technology has certain guiding significance for the technical reform of concrete pouring. From the built RCC dam at home and abroad point of view, this dam technology is feasible; it not only saves cement, but also speed up the construction progress; but also can simplify the temperature control measures; the cost savings of conventional concrete 15 ~ 40%. Therefore, the dam construction technology has significant economic and social benefits, so its development is extremely rapid. So far, according to incomplete statistics, there are 57 seats (see Table 1) of RCC buildings under construction, under construction and proposed (including roller compacted concrete dams and cofferdams partially) .
