最近电子学和光电子学器件出现了一些新的有趣成员,包括电子皮肤、可穿戴器件、可植入器件、柔性显示器等等,从而对电极提出了高透明、高导电、柔性、可拉伸等新要求。对此,本报告报道我们在柔弹性电极及其器件应用方面的研究进展。一方面,掺杂氧化物纳米晶可以避免稀有金属铟的使用,我们发展了一种普适性的一锅法,可以方便的制备各类掺杂氧化锌墨水,能够与各类墨水打印技术兼容,从而获得高质量透明导电薄膜,典型性能为在透光性为87%时方块电阻可低至112Ω/sq,这是当前报道的基于溶液法氧化物纳米晶的透明电极最好性能,用于OLED器件输出性能与采用ITO/PET时相当。
