　　Purpose: To fabricate sustained release delivery system of bone morphogenetic protein(BMP-2)/biomimetic calcium phosphate coating on titanium surface,explore the effects of BMP-2 concentration on the loading and release behavior of BMP-2 and evaluate cell compatibility of the system in vitro.Methods: 0.1mm thickness of pure titanium(Ti)specimens were immersed into sterile SBF solution for 4d at 37℃ and then rinsed with deionized water and air dried overnight at 37℃.
