　　We think that bio-photons emission or absorption of issues is caused by transitions of energy levels of quanta excited in protein molecules after absorbing the bio-energy.Thus we calculate the energy-spectra of proteins molecules by the discrete dynamic equation in the theory of bio-energy transport established on the basis of its structure.
